So it's understandable that I am really excited to finally have time and reason to train them really hard! It's been such an endurance-heavy summer that my muscle tone has suffered, but just because tank top season is over doesn't mean I don't want bodacious arms. But remember, folks:
So. First on the agenda: getting my arms back in shape. Heavy shoulders, deltoids, and biceps until I can't drive my car. Then, glutes and hamstrings. Bring on the deadlifts!

Yeah, I love feeling the little firm bump in the area of my triceps.
I love it that I've gone from a weak upper body to a stronger one but I definitely want to do more strength training.
Okay, now, I'm going to check out the link...
Because they need a lot of attention, I dedicate an entire workout session just to my deltoids.
I've just recently learned how to do Arnold Presses (yes, named after *that* Arnold) and also like to do lateral raises with the cable machine.
