Have a healthy day, and get out there and get healthy!

Great advice, as usual, Heather! Waiting it out is hard for me sometimes, so I pop in a piece of gum and leave the scene of the temptation as soon as possible. Working my mouth and distracting myself are my usual M.O. w/cravings!

Wow Heather! I just realized that it's been about 13 years since I've heard your voice! Crazy! You look amazing, by the way!

Sarah, leaving the scene of the temptation is sometimes the best we can do! That and repeating, "nothing tastes as good as being healthy feels." And remembering that 99% of the time, eating whatever it is I am craving is completely lackluster compared to what my imagination has built it up to be!

Kerrie, has it really been that long? I wonder if I sound the same? LOL YOU look amazing too, lady! I've seen pics!
