As long as it is something you can do consistently and long term, it will bring you success and happiness. As a busy working mom of two soccer players, I do not have time to measure, weigh or eat "special" foods. WW gives me the flexibility to eat what my family is eating and to participate in life with them. I am currently down 39 pounds and only 4 pounds to my goal.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7982759311924665730.post-43739504841862279292012-04-28T17:48:28.651-07:002012-04-28T17:48:28.651-07:00lol, good point! I've done it before and been amazed at how many more calories I was taking in than I thought. But, my weight gain has had more to do with too much wine and pizza than with too many apples. :)Healthy Heatherhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11343516605721256497noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7982759311924665730.post-89126515328170537172012-04-28T15:34:36.346-07:002012-04-28T15:34:36.346-07:00Sarah - I believe that WW is trying to encourage p...Sarah - I believe that WW is trying to encourage people to make better choices. So not skipping an apple to save points for chocolate. I was told that if I am eating unlimited fruits and veggies and not losing weight then I may need to cut back on my fruits and veggies . But let's face it - I doubt eating too many apples is what has caused me to gain weight.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7982759311924665730.post-62819295221846579542012-04-27T19:24:20.531-07:002012-04-27T19:24:20.531-07:00Agreed. Our bodies are science projects in perpetual motion, and all they know how to do with calories is process them. Even the ones we didn't mean to eat. Even the ones no one saw us eat. Even the ones that were healthy. They all count!Healthy Heatherhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11343516605721256497noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7982759311924665730.post-73024568885800411292012-04-27T13:13:31.179-07:002012-04-27T13:13:31.179-07:00Amen! There a size issue, and there's a calorie density issue - a banana "costs" more than a bell pepper. And what about an avocado? Yeesh.Sarah @ Semi-Sweethttp://www.semisweetonline.comnoreply@blogger.com
